A free consultation is the first step followed by site visitation by one of our professional staff.
In this process we discuss the possibilities and limitations of the idea without any obligation or cost.
In this phase we re-visit the project and take measurements plus taking a 3d scan by sate of art matterport to create an existing 3d space plan for better understanding of the space and functionality.
In this phase we discuss the engineering and design possibilities with the client.
In this stage we create set of Architectural and Engineering drawings done by Stae licensed professionals to submit for HOA and city planning and zoning.
Obtaining city permits and any other permits that may be required.
